A Bellini would be just Peachy, Thank You! - Our Cocktail of the Day- June 13, 2025

Summer is fast approaching so it’s time for light, fruity, cocktails! The Bellini is one you can enjoy a lot of without having to wake up wondering what you did last night.
Bubbly Prosecco probably provides the base for this fruity deliciousness. Invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice this sophisticated concoction won’t let you down. Salute!

Ingredients:
2 oz Prosecco, chilled
2 oz Peach purée
1⁄3 oz Peach Schnapps
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Directions:
Select and pre-chill a Champagne flute.
Prepare garnish of peach wedge.
Pour prosecco into chilled glass.
Shake other ingredients with ice.
Strain into prosecco-charged glass.
Garnish with peach wedge on rim.
